Report an absence

• Once informed of trainee absence, trainer/practice manager should complete questback  form on first day of absence  (Link to Form:  www.QuestBack.com) 
• VT Hub will receive questback form notification via email and will record the absence on the trainees’ training record on Turas 

• Once trainee has returned to work, trainer/practice manager should send completed Return To Work form to vtabsence@nes.scot.nhs.uk so the absence can be closed off.  (Link to RTW form NES Trainee RTW Form - Dental.docx (sharepoint.com)
