Performance Management
Any issues/concerns in relation to the performance of the VDP should be managed as per current arrangements, with the Trainer fulfilling line manager responsibilities and ensuring a supportive approach to performance improvement is taken in the first instance. As currently, NES Dental should be notified of any significant concerns, ensuring support mechanisms are in place to enable satisfactory completion of training.
