VDP UPLIFT ARREARS – EX-EMPLOYEES OF NHS EDUCATION FOR SCOTLAND

PCA(D)(D022)8 authorised an uplift of pay, effective from 1st April 2022. If you were employed by NES between 1 April 2022 and your leaving date, you are now due an arrears payment for that period.

We will make this payment to the same bank account that we used for your final salary with NES. If you have changed your bank account or your address since then please can you provide the updated information by 16th December 2022 using the link below to our Finance Service Desk. If you do not let us know by this date then the payment will be made or your payslip posted to your old details.

If you have changed your bank details since leaving NES

Using the link below to our Finance Service Desk, please raise a ticket by selecting "Personal Finance" followed by "Update Bank Information". Add your identification information (i.e. payroll number, NI Number and Date of Birth). If you don’t have all 3 of those, we can accept 2 of the 3.

The ticket will also require you to provide your old Sort Code and Account Number details and then your new Sort Code and new Account Number. Please can you add in the 'Further Information' box that it is an arrears payment you are requesting. If you have also changed your address, please provide this in the further information box also.

If you have changed your address since leaving NES

Using the link below to our Finance Service Desk, please raise a ticket by selecting "Personal Finance" followed by "Moving House". Add your identification information (i.e. payroll number, NI Number and Date of Birth). If you don’t have all 3 of those, we can accept 2 of the 3.

The ticket will also require you to provide your old address and then your new address. Please can you add in the 'Further Information' box that it is an arrears payment you are requesting.

Payment will be made on 26th January 2023.
