Pay dates and payroll update for Christmas 2025

To make sure you are paid before Christmas, payday will be on Tuesday 23 December 2025.
Payslips:
- ePayslips will be available on 17 December via ePayroll
- Paper Payslips will be sent on 19 December
To make sure everything is correct, please check your payslip and the amount paid into your account.
You can access ePayroll Self Service from home or from an NHS site. If you require a login, please contact the Finance Service Desk.
Payroll Team Availability
The NES Payroll team will be on leave from the end of Wednesday 24 December 2025 until Friday 2 January 2026.
If you notice any issues with your pay, contact the Finance Service Desk as soon as possible and no later than the end of the day on 23 December. This will help us investigate your query before the festive break.
2026 pay dates
The January and February pay dates will remain as the last Thursday in the month:
- 29 January 2026
- 26 February 2026
